Isillindë
This was my first conventional banjo, more or less. It has an extra string, but the pot is made of regular banjo hardware. The original length of the wood I made the neck from put the bridge very close to the edge of the pot, so I re-angled the neck to try to increase the volume, and the bridge is now almost an inch high. But it did the trick. The volume is better and the sustain is amazing. The name means "singing moon". |
